Woot is a web site that sells stuff. So what else is new? Founded in 2004, Woot actually sells only one discounted item per 24-hour period. One day they have wine; the next they have a Bluetooth headset. Come back each day to find out what’s for sale.
By the way, in case you were wondering, “woot” is a slang term commonly used in computer gaming, meaning, more or less, “Hooray!”
